Purchase at Audi Hong Kong > Audi Shop is simple and easy. By creating an account at Audi Hong Kong > Audi Shop you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Ordering procedure and payment method are as follows:
Ordering procedure
1. You need to sign in as member of Audi Hong Kong > Audi Shop and entering the shipping address.
2. Browsing product information: Select products according to their category.
3. Select the product that you want, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom right corner.
4. Confirm your selection in "Shopping Cart", enter the appropriate quantity, then click the "Update" button, then “Checkout”.
5. After entering shipping information, select your Delivery / Pick-up Methods and click "continue" to proceed to Payment Method.
6. Check and confirm your order information and payment information, then click the "Confirm Order" button.
7. A confirmation email will be sent to your "sign in" email address. All confirmed orders are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to Shipping & Returns.
B. Payment Method
Currently, we only accept advanced payment by cheque:
1. The cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Premium Motors Ltd".
2. Write your Order Confirmation Number on the back of the cheque.
3. Send your payments to:

4. Do not send in cash or a post-dated cheque.
5. Ordered items will be courier to delivery address / released to Showroom for self pick-up once the cheque payment is cleared.
6. No refund nor canceling once order is confirmed.
7. You are recommended to keep the Confirmation Email for record.
C. Delivery Arrangement
We provide door-to-door delivery service for most of our products so that you can enjoy the convenience of one-stop shopping for most items.
PO Box is not accepted as delivery address. Audi Hong Kong > Audi Shop will not be responsible for any delivery delay due to wrong delivery address given by customers.
