All items listed in Audi Hong Kong > Audi Shop can be delivered at charges within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of the People's Republic of China; or self pick-up for free at our Audi Hong Kong Showroom with the address of G/F, Tower I, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong. Some items may only be self pick-up at our Audi Hong Kong Showroom.
PO Box is not accepted as delivery address. Audi Hong Kong > Audi Shop will not be responsible for any delivery delay due to wrong delivery address given by customers.
Can I ship the ordered item(s) outside Hong Kong?

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, immediately call our support staff at 2528 1862 and send e-mail to audi@audi.com.hk. Order canceling will not be accepted without a proper reason. Premium Motors Ltd. reserves the right for final decision in case of disputes.
What if items are out of stock?
We endeavor to always have your requested item in stock. Sometimes, this is not possible. If your requested items is out of stock, we will have your ordered item(s) refunded.
What if products are damaged?
Premium Motors Ltd. will replace or refund products that are damaged only if it was reported at the time of delivery. We will also replace or refund products if the wrong product was picked or if a product was not included in your order.
However, Premium Motors Ltd. will not take any responsibility for any discrepancies if you specifically have requested that the delivery be left unattended on your door or mail box in your absence.
